About Bettina
Hi, I’m Bettina—thanks for stopping by! Since I’m writing this myself, I’ll skip the oh-so-very awkward third person. If you’ve made it here, you probably want to know a bit about the person behind the work.
I live in Baltimore with my wife, Kristi, and our two spoiled pups, Mingo and Willi. I’m a lover of trees, good books, live music, and road trips—and a full-on extrovert who finds joy in connecting with others. My path started in higher education as a Resident Assistant and grew into a career spanning leadership roles in higher ed, healthcare, and the non-profit space.
Currently, I serve as a diversity manager and coach within a Baltimore healthcare system and have run my own consulting practice since 2016, partnering with incredible organizations nationwide. Whether I’m leading a workshop for 10 or 1,000 people, the feedback is always the same: it was meaningful, applicable, engaging, and time flew by.
On a very personal note, I am also a breast cancer survivor, diagnosed in late 2021. Navigating that journey has been life-changing in hard and beautiful ways — it has deepened my sense of purpose, re-centered my priorities, and reminded me how powerful love and community can be.
If you’re looking for a facilitator, speaker, or thought partner in growth and change, I’d love to connect.
Thank you for stopping by, I’m so glad you found me!
